Delivery Service & Tax

 

We offer free Worldwide Delivery

Please note, you may be liable to pay import duties and taxes on your order before final delivery if outside of EU

 

Can items be returned?

Please note we do not accept returns on our products as these are bespoke to your requirements. We do not carry any stock.

Lead times & How do I track my order?

The majority of our products are made to order and our current lead time is approximately between 8 to 12 weeks from placing the order until dispatch, deliveries are usually made within one week from dispatch.

You will be kept in touch with the progress of your order and will be updated on estimated delivery dates prior to dispatch.

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, please contact us through our contact form with an international delivery request for a quote before placing an order.

 

Damages & insurance?

Courier damages do happen from time to time, all our items are insured during transit. When the item is received, it is your responsibility to check over and report within 24 hours with photographic evidence if any damage has occurred or any problems with the item. If this is not declared within the 24 hour period we cannot be held responsible for the order.
